سمر خوري هي عارضة ازياء بريطانية ولدت في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لأب لبناني وام كونغولية . تتكلم
العربية والانجليزية والفرنسية بطلاقة. بدأت سمر عرض الازياء في منتصف عام 2010 ، وعملت مع عدد كبير من المصورين في المملكة المتحدة والخارج.
كانت على غلاف عدد يناير عام 2012 من مجلة زين ومنحتهم اول لقاء صحفي حصري لها.
كما ظهرت سمر ايضا بكثافة في مجلات دولية، منها مجلة امينا، والشعر الاسود، ومجلة فاب، ومجلة فمينا، ومس ابيني، ومجلة برايد، ومجلة وينكلر.
مظهر سمر الاستوائي وتسريحات شعرها المثيرة بدأت في الظهور بمساعدة اكاديمية فيدال ساسون التي كانت اول من قص لها شعرها على الطريقة الاستوائية الكثيفة.
دخلت صور شعرها مسابقة جوائز الشعر البريطاني والافروكاريبي، كما فازت احدى صورها بجائزة جمال الشعر الاسود المثير عام 2011. كما تعاونت مع ابرز صالونات قص الشعر في المملكة المتحدة مثل افيدا جينا كونواي، وصالون اينا وصالون جوش للشعر والتجميل، وجونيور غرين، وحلاق ام كي، وسانتا ويب هير، وتوني اند غاي.

"I believe that in the modelling and acting industries, the ideas inherent in 2face gemini are put into action by models and actors because we fit ourselves into the identity of someone else's skin. We have a make-over from a creative team and once all the lights are ready and set, the photographer is waiting to shoot you live, here and now. Models express emotions through the lenses of the camera. There is nowhere to hide and to escape! Convince the viewers, convince the crowd:sell the product, sell it.
